Bioverse's Operating Philosophy is Founded on Four Guiding Principles:
- 1. Natural products are a better alternative to chemicals. Bioverse's products contain bacteria and enzymes found in nature. We feature biodegradable and reusable products that cost no more than chemicals and actually save our customers money over time.
- 2. We offer solutions for water problems big and small. For applications of all kinds, Bioverse has an all natural solution to improve water quality, clarity and algae removal. Bioverse's products are used at Camp David, in the reflecting ponds in our nation's capital, and at golf courses, municipal sites, cranberry bogs, backyard fountains, ponds, and in fish tanks throughout the U.S.
- 3. Bioverse pond cleaning products are easy to use. All of our solutions have been designed with ease in mind. Most products are simply applied to the water and replaced monthly. Bioverse provides a patented delivery system for 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, 30 day per month treatment programs. Our biodegradable products dissolve over time for more effective application and more environmental compatibility.

Bioverse was founded with the mission of creating all natural solutions for common water problems. Our products help people, animals, and the environment. Today, Bioverse's products are available across the US and are being used successfully to improve water quality in an increasing number of ways and locations.
Bioverse was founded in 1995 as a research and development company. After four years of formulation, testing, and approvals, Bioverse introduced its first line of commercial products in 1999.
From its inception, Bioverse has created innovative ways to enhance water quality, such as the development of the patented AquaSpherePRO and Pond Water Cleaner dispenser. These dispensers, combined with state of the art Continuous Release Technology, consume excess nutrients in ponds and lakes. Once submerged, the dispenser becomes an on-site bacteria factory, by incubating, growing, and dispensing beneficial bacteria 24/7 for up to 30 days. The AquaSpherePRO, Pond Water Cleaner, and AquaLily enjoy high success rates in ponds and larger bodies of water which are ecologically balanced.
In 2008, the company was purchased by a committed group of long-time investors. This investor group believes in the long-term benefits of all natural products that assist bioremediation in ponds, lakes, and other types of water both large and small.

Meet the Bioverse Team
Glenn has been with Bioverse since 2012 and is excited to continue the growth that Bioverse has seen in both the Healthy Ponds division and the BioverseAg division. Glenn spent the previous 14 years as the Manager of Economic Development in Worthington, MN. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management; Minor in Agri-Business from Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell, SD. Glenn's special interests are in agricultural bio-sciences, including animal health, environmental initiatives, food safety and renewable energy. Since joining Bioverse Glenn has lead the company to new sells levels by establishing a quality sales team and sales programs. Glenn has guided the Bioverse management team through a product line enhancement and developed new industry leading products. Glenn has successfully begun exporting the Bioverse products into other countries and developed distribution in those countries. Glenn enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending his kid's activities as well as being an avid runner; to date completing six marathons. Cheering him on is his lovely wife Karla and four children; Samantha, Logan, Emma & Kara.
Golf Course Account Rep
Mark grew up in Worthington MN and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Public Affairs. He comes to Bioverse with 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. An avid golfer, Mark is excited to work with the Bioverse team as a golf course Account Representative. He enjoys the customer contact with the golf course superintendents working directly with them to keep the course water hazards healthy and clean. Mark lives in Worthington with his wife, Sara and four children, Joseph, Anna, Laura, and Ben. Other interests include traveling, playing guitar, racquetball, tennis, and pool.
Thomas Vagt grew up in Rochester, MN, and graduated from Tiffin University, Tiffin, OH, in 1975 with a major in Accounting and minors in Business Administration and Business Management. Prior to joining Bioverse in June of 2011 he worked in various industries including Automotive Screen Process Printing, Paper Coating, Food Drying and Meat Processing. Tom is proud to be a part of a "green" and growing company. He lives with his wife, Diane, has three adult children, three grandchildren (one more on the way), and is the 1993 Wisconsin State Singles Bowling Champion. He is very active in his church's vocal praise band and choir, along with being a very avid Minnesota Vikings fan.
Customer Service Representative
Deb Strandberg grew up in Ocheyedan Iowa. She comes to Bioverse with five years experience in the Consumer Relations/Customer Service field. She is very excited to be part of this growing company. Contact Deb with any questions you may have about our products. She and her husband Brad are the parents of two adult daughters. She enjoys shopping trips, winter vacations to warm climates, spending time with her family and friends, camping, boating and relaxing at the lake.
Todd grew up in Pipestone, Minnesota. He enjoyed 25 years of working at Bayliner, US Marine in Pipestone, MN doing everything from production to management. As part of the management team at Bioverse since 2009, he manages the warehouse and warehouse staff, as well as the shipping and receiving department. Todd enjoys home improvement projects, being outdoors and spending time with his three children.
